The following centrally managed meeting rooms are bookable at Northampton Square, for staff only.
Staff can use the online booking form to perform a search for a room suitable for their needs before they are ready to book. The Northampton Suite and The Convocation Suite are not bookable online; please contact the timetabling team directly to book these rooms.
Room set-up - when booking the Northampton or Convocation Suite please ensure that time is included for set up and clear away as these are flexible spaces. Please email the PAF Service Desk with your room set up requirements.
Catering facilities are only available in meeting, not lecture rooms. To order catering, please email your request to email@example.com or call them on x.8061.
AV Pods and IT - the rooms below have an AV Pod except those marked with an *. Where there is an asterisk, please check the individual room information pages.

Large Meetings and Events - if you are looking for space to hold larger meetings please email Timetabling with the details of your request. Some areas not normally available during the day may be available for evening/out of term time bookings.
