About Learning Spaces
City, University of London continues to enhance its learning spaces and build on the success of the development of flexible learning spaces. A major part of this is the re-conceptualisation of the Learning Spaces and the technologies therein.
The Digital Education Team at LEaD, have the responsibility of collaborating on enhancements of all Learning Spaces at City, and working in partnership with Professional Services Departments to ensure excellent standards for teaching and learning are maintained, be that within the physical spaces for the academic and student community, or by promoting the educational benefit of all classroom technologies. This includes systems such as lecture capture, student response systems and teaching podiums, as well as the design of physical learning spaces (lecture theatres, lecture rooms, seminar rooms and computer laboratories).
