    The MILL (Media and Innovation Learning Lab) helps you create high quality teaching and learning resources in Northampton Square.

    Media for learning

    If you are City staff and are interested in using media to enhance your teaching practice then we can provide equipment, facilities and expertise.

    Whether you are looking to create audio, video or other digital content, the MILL has something to offer.

    Facilities

    The MILL Production Booths are open and can be booked on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays via the ServiceNow MILL Facilities request form.

    Based in LEaD's offices, the MILL provides either a PC production booth or a Mac production booth, each with a professional microphone for audio recording plus a webcam.

    Both booths are equipped with all the necessary software for video editing, screen-casting, podcasting and more.

    You can make a booking to use our facilities or work with us to develop your ideas and explore different ways of using media.

    The MILL PresentationStation (formerly the DIY Studio) is now available to all staff who have undergone an induction. Book yourself in using the ServiceNow MILL Facilities request form.

    Equipment

    The Equipment Loan service has also reopened and kit can be booked via LEaD's LibCal Bookings portal.
