  • CL&T Forum Student attainment project

    Welcome & Introduction

    Professor Susannah Quinsee

    Workshop in CLG55

This City Learning & Teaching Forum will focus on the Student Attainment Project at City, which is working to understand and address differential degree-awarding experienced by students from particular equality groups, with a focus on ethnicity, socioeconomic background, disability and age. This project is overseen by both the City Learning and Teaching Committee and the Race Equality Charter Self-Assessment Team.

The Forum will be led by Saqlain Riaz, Students’ Union Vice-President Education, and will focus on the need to prioritise the student experience and the impacts of student outcomes in City’s work to address its attainment gaps. The Forum will include interactive activities, opportunities to better understand the student voice, and an overview of the work of the Student Attainment Project so far.

This Forum is led by the Students’ Union, with support from the Education and Student Strategy Support Unit (ESSU) in Student and Academic Services, on behalf of the Student Attainment Project Management Group.
